What To Expect
At Appletree, we're focused on helping you receive the highest quality of care as efficiently as possible.
All of our dedicated programs are appointment based. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your check-in and your health questionnaire.
Check in at the Kiosk
Use our self-registration kiosk to check in for your visit. Self-registration allows you to provide us with your up-to-date information, in a secure and accurate format. No waiting for a busy receptionist.
Complete a Health Questionnaire
After completing your registration, you will receive a complete health questionnaire. This digital form will allow you to provide the doctor with important details about your health and your current concerns. This saves you time during your medical visit.
See Your Doctor
Our services technician will update your digital medical chart and will prepare you for your visit with the doctor. The doctor will review your history, complete an assessment, and provide treatment options. If a follow-up is required, an appointment will be booked at time of visit.

HPV is the most common sexually transmitted infection in Canada, with 70% of people infected at some point in their life.
